Department for the administrative tasks in the area of the state survey and real-estate cadaster performs tasks relating to: administrative and technical control over the legality of acts on the rights and obligations of private and legal entity in the field of state survey and real estate cadaster; preparing and making decisions on appeals lodged against decisions of first instance bodies in the field of real estate cadaster; preparation and drafting of laws on extraordinary legal remedies against the decision of the first instance authority in the field of real estate cadaster; drafting memos, conclusions and other administrative procedures and acts concerning the decision in the second instance administrative procedures; preparation of professional opinions concerning the decision in the second instance administrative procedures; advocacy of the Ministry in administrative procedures brought against the decision within the purview of the Department, under the authority of the Minister; preparation of the responses to the lawsuits in administrative disputes, as well as acting on the orders of the Administrative Court; cooperation with other central government, provincial, city and municipal authorities; providing technical assistance to the first instance body; monitoring legislation, case law and the situation in the field of state survey and real estate cadaster; participation in the preparation of analysis, reports, information regarding the implementation of regulations in the field of real estate cadaster; perform other tasks within the purview of the Department.
