The Department for the coordination and control of the legality of acts in the field of real estate cadaster and second instance administrative procedures in Belgrade and administrative districts in the territory of Kosovo and Metohija performs duties related to: administrative and technical control on the legality of acts that decides on the rights and obligations private and legal entities in the field of state survey and real estate cadaster; preparing and making decisions on the appeals lodged against decisions of first instance bodies in the field of real estate cadaster; preparation and drafting the laws on extraordinary legal remedies on the decision of the first instance authority in the field of real estate cadaster;
