Development and management of the railway infrastructure and international affairs division

Development and management of the railway infrastructure and international affairs division performs tasks related to: development of railway infrastructure strategy ; preparing opinion on the program of maintenance of the railway infrastructure programs "Serbian Railways" , business plan, moving on to five-years plan and other plans in the field of railways and monitoring of the implementation; preparation and implementation of the international loans and other investments in the railway infrastructure; proposal and monitoring the implementation of projects in the field of railway infrastructure development; development of financing models in railway infrastructure; preparation of the professional bases for the preparation of draft laws and other regulations in the field of railway and intermodal transport; activities related to Corridor 10 (organizations, forums, conferences); shaping and updating databases for monitoring and analyzing the system of the railway infrastructure; monitoring of international conventions and other international regulations and standards relating to railroad traffic; monitoring and participation in international organizations (OTIF, UNECE);preparation of proposals for agreements on regulating cross border railway traffic and other bilateral agreements; participation in the work of the Mixed Committee ; Cooperation with the international financial institutions; performing other tasks within the domain of the Division.
