Group for Second instance administrative procedures for administrative districts in the territory of AP Vojvodina performs duties related to: administrative and technical control on the legality of acts that decides on the rights and obligations private and legal entities in the field of state survey and real estate cadaster; preparing and making decisions on the appeals lodged against decisions of first instance bodies in the field of real estate cadaster; preparation and drafting the laws on extraordinary legal remedies on the decision of the first instance authority in the field of real estate cadaster;
