Authority for determination of seaworthiness

Office for the determination of seaworthiness (referred to as the Authority), an administrative body within the Ministry of construction, transport and infrastructure, performs tasks related to determining structural and technical seaworthiness of ships by their technical requirements, the recognition of manufacturers, institutions and quality management; development and risk management, damage and accidents assessment expertise, informational technology, registration of the ships and registration of other recognized manufacturers and institutions; other activities within the purview of the Authority.
