In the Group for determining the fulfillment of the conditions for issuing licenses for the production of technical documentation and the construction of facilities for which a license is issued by a ministry or an autonomous province, tasks are performed relating to: checking the documentation submitted by enterprises and other legal entities along with the application for a license; elaboration of reports on deficiencies in the documentation and proposal of information on defects submitted to applicants; reports and other materials for the commission's session with the proposal for issuing licenses, preparation of licenses, or solutions proposed by the commission for determining the fulfillment of the conditions for issuing licenses for the production of technical documentation and construction of facilities for which a license is issued by the ministry or autonomous province, as well as other jobs from the scope of the Group.
