Group for implementing and monitoring the implementation of projects financed from EU funds perform tasks related to: designing and monitoring the public procurement plan, participation in the work of the Commission for the evaluation and selection of proposals which are formed for the implementation of public procurement procedures; implementation of projects through the control of the contractor activities (administrative and field checking, checking the fulfillment of demands related to the visibility of projects and verifying the correctness of accounts for payment submitted by the contractor) and taking measures and actions to ensure the implementation of projects on time; preparation of technical documentation for the implementation of public procurement (job descriptions, technical specifications, etc.); administrative and professional activities, including control, related to the bidding documentation and contracts; preparation and submission of reports on implementation; guidance documents for the purpose of implementation of the audit process; collecting and providing information on the implementation of projects financed from EU funds and other sources; performing other duties within the scope of the Group.
