Department for legalization of illegally constructed objects, licensing, normative affairs and analytics

In the Department for legalization of illegally constructed objects, licensing, normative affairs and analytics, tasks are carried out in relation to: regulation of conditions, procedures and ways of legalization of buildings or parts of buildings built without a building permit, ie approval for construction, conditions, methods and the procedure for issuing a decision on legalization and the legal consequences of legalization; elaboration of opinions related to the fulfillment of conditions for legalization of objects and implementation of certain provisions of the Law on the legalization of facilities, drafting of regulations in the field of determining the fulfillment of conditions for legalization of buildings, opinions on draft laws, by-laws and other acts, coordination of affairs and information exchange with local self-government units implementation of the Law on the legalization of objects, analysis of information and data related to the implementation of the Law; direct cooperation with the inspection of the Ministry; preparation of draft regulations in the field of determining the fulfillment of the conditions for issuing licenses for the development of technical documentation and the construction of facilities for which a license is issued by the Ministry or the Autonomous Province; interpretations related to the authority of the group; preparing a decision on the appointment of members of the commission and acts related to the work of the commission; coordinates the activities between the parties and the commission for establishing the fulfillment of conditions, preparing the session of the commission, implementing the decisions made at the session of the Commission, taking part in the procedure for issuing licenses for the needs of legal entities; prepares periodic reports on the status in the area of ​​licenses, as well as other tasks from the scope of the Department.
