Group for Development Programs and Cooperation in the field of Urban Development Planning performs tasks related to: providing a set of incentive measures for co-financing the development of urban plans and national programs regulating urban development policy, urban reconstruction, etc. Preparation, organization and the implementation of a public competition for co-financing the development of urban plans and national programs regulating urban development policy, urban renewal, etc .; cooperation with donors, international organizations, other state bodies, local self-governments and professional organizations in the process of preparation and realization of projects, strategies, plans and programs in the field of urban development planning; cooperation with local community bodies and organizations, professional institutions and professional organizations in the field of urban development planning; initiating, preparing and implementing appropriate programs and projects that promote the spatial and urban development planning area in the public; initiating and coordinating activities to identify needs for international assistance to the urban development planning sector; monitoring and analysis of the implementation of regulations in the field of urban development planning; proposing and implementing measures for improvement of the situation in the area and settlements of the Republic; monitoring and analysis of international legal instruments and EU urban development policy; participation in the preparation of a national sustainable urban development policy; initiating, preparing and issuing permanent, occasional and occasional publications in the field of urban development planning; conducting study-analytical, documentary, statistical-registers, IT, professional-operational, office (administrative-technical), as well as other tasks from the scope of the Group.
