Legal and Technical Affairs Group
In the Legal and Technical Affairs Group the following activities are performed: giving expert instructions, opinions and legal interpretations of laws and regulations in spatial planning and urban planning; carrying out the tasks of drafting regulations and other acts that regulate issues from the scope of the Sector and other legal acts that are referred to the procedure of consideration and adoption; carrying out normative-legal tasks related to the preparation of opinions on the application of laws and other regulations regulating the field of planning and spatial planning, as well as giving opinions on laws and other regulations in the procedure of consideration and adoption; data entry into the planning documents database; collecting and processing data on planning documents for entering into the database; receiving, reviewing and recording documentation; compiling reports with data from the records for the needs of the Sector; archiving completed cases, as other tasks from the scope of the Group.
