The significance of the project:
The spatial plan is being developed in order to provide spatial conditions for connecting and integrating the subject area into a wider environment and the realization and development of a traffic system that enables sustainable mobility of the population and supports the accelerated development of the Republic of Serbia. Amendments to the Spatial Plan for the Special Use Infrastructure Corridor of the E-80 highway is a detailed regulatory development of Sector 2 (km 39 + 419 - km 77 + 000), section Plocnik-Merdare, for direct application in further elaboration of legally foreseen technical documentation, the total length is about 37.6 km.
Status of the project:
The decision on making amendments to the Spatial Plan for the Special Use Infrastructure Corridor of the E-80 highway, section Nis-Merdare, was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 59/18. Public inspection was carried out in the period from December 10th, 2018 to January 8th, 2019. The Public Session of the Commission for public insight into the Draft Amendments to the Spatial Plan was held. The closed session of the commission was held on February 1st, 2019. Public inspection report is completed.
Start of the project:
The development of the proposed spatial plan was initiated by signing of the contract between the contractor and the investor.
