The significance of the project:
Construction of a new railway provides an opportunity for making better railway connections for customers in the region through a new connection to the Lapovo – Kraljevo railway. Construction of a new 15.17 km long railway and a new 0.89 km long industrial track would enable the transport of passengers, materials, raw materials and finished products - trams. This would additionally improve the economic development of the industrial zone, this part of the city and the Republic of Serbia.

Technical documentation is under preparation.
Investment value:
The estimated value of the investment is 39 million EUR.
