Construction of road infrastructure – Airport Road section, section of New 5 Street, and section of New 8 Street, including associated intersections, connecting roads within intersection zones, and related infrastructure

-  On 23 December 2025, Contract Agreement LOT 1 and Contract Agreement LOT 2 were signed for the “Construction of road infrastructure – Airport Road section, section of New 5 Street, and section of New 8 Street, including associated intersections, connecting roads within intersection zones, and related infrastructure” project. The agreement was concluded between the Republic of Serbia – the City of Belgrade (City Administration of the City of Belgrade), the Secretariat for Communal and Housing Affairs, the Public Enterprise for Belgrade Land Development and Construction, and the contractor, Powerchina International Group Limited, Belgrade Branch.- The project is implemented under the Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation in the Field of Infrastructure between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the People’s Republic of China.
