Strategic and legal basis:
The project was contracted pursuant to the Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation in the Field of Infrastructure between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the People’s Republic of China, with direct contracting based on an intergovernmental agreement.
The significance of the project:
The project plans the procurement of 5 new electric multiple units for speeds up to 200 km/h for the needs of "Srbija Voz" a.d.
Status of the project:
Train testing is currently underway.
Investment value:
The total value of this project according to the contract amounts to 54.5 million euros.

Project description:
The procurement of new electric multiple units enables the renewal of railway rolling stock, achieving speeds of up to 200 km/h.
