It will connect all major settlements in the region: Ćićevac, Stalać, Kruševac, Trstenik, Vrnjačka Banja, Kraljevo and Čačak, Around 500,000 people live in this area.
Works have been completed and the road sections were opened to traffic as follows: from Pojate to Makrešane, covering 16.95 km, on 29 April 2023; from Makrešane to Kruševac (Koševi), covering 10.88 km, on 7 December 2023; and from Kruševac (Koševi) to Vrnjačka Banja, covering 30.02 km, on 22 December 2024.
